At Univers Cheval, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from us.
If you encounter any delivery issues or receive a damaged item, please contact us by email at contact@univers-cheval.fr, and our team will handle your request as quickly as possible.
I want to return or exchange an item
Return period
You have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns or offer refunds.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it

Have the tags still attached

Be unworn and unwashed
-
Be returned in its original packaging

Include any accessories if applicable
⚠️ Worn, washed or tagless items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@univers-cheval.fr or via our contact form.
We will provide you with all the steps to follow.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed according to your request:

Refund: You will receive a confirmation email. The item amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange: A new item will be sent to you based on your selected option.
My item is too small / too large
All our products come with a detailed size guide.
We measure each item and provide specific recommendations in the product description.
In the case of a size error when ordering, the buyer is responsible for the selection.
That said, we understand this can be frustrating.
Feel free to contact our customer support — we’ll do everything we can to assist (exchange, discount, etc.).
Are return shipping fees refundable?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
They are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified error or defect on our part.
If a refund is granted, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
My item is defective / arrived damaged
Despite our best efforts, it may happen that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
In this case, please send us:

A clear photo of the item and the defect

A photo of the tag still attached

Your order number

⚠️ Do not wash the item or remove the tags before contacting us, otherwise your request may be denied.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your address when placing your order.
Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, we can no longer modify it.
Univers Cheval cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please send your request within 1 hour of your purchase.
➡️ After this period, if the order is already being prepared, a handling fee of 40% of the order total will be applied (logistics, packaging, prep, etc.).

Refund pending or not received
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days on average.
